The problem
This client is from New Zealand. Her hair was long, blonde and wavy, but the ends had become dry and damaged. The heavy length pulled the shape down and made it look tired and hard to style in the morning.
What I did
A precision cut — no chemicals at all. I removed the dry, damaged length and added soft layers to bring back movement and lightness, shaped to suit her hair and face. The whole consultation was in English, so we could talk through exactly the length and shape she wanted.

The result
A lighter, healthier-looking shape with natural movement and shine. The damaged ends are gone, it is much easier to style, and it frames her face beautifully. Just a cut — but a big difference.
