A Nepali client visiting Japan from the U.S. came to my salon in Ginza. Her main concerns were dryness of the scalp and hair.

The concern: dryness in both the scalp and hair
Dryness is one of the most common concerns I hear from international clients living in or visiting Japan. When both the scalp and the hair feel dry, the hair often looks dull, feels rough at the ends, and becomes harder to style.
How I approached it
I focused on repairing the inside of the hair with our X Treatment, concentrating on the internal structure where dryness and roughness start. The goal was to restore moisture and softness from within, rather than only coating the surface.
Her hair was already permed, so instead of blow-drying it straight, I finished the look with a curling iron — keeping the soft, romantic curl she likes while showing off the new smoothness and shine.

The result
Smoother, glossier lengths with soft, defined curls at the ends — a healthier look and feel, without losing the perm she already had.
