An American guest came to see me in Yokohama. She was looking for an English speaking hairdresser in Yokohama, so she searched on Google, compared several options and chose me. She booked on WhatsApp, and her visit was Japanese hair straightening, a cut and a treatment.
Her hair history
She had a perm in January this year, and her hair was colored two years ago. When she sat down, the hair had loose waves through the lengths, and the ends showed a lot of unevenness.

Before and after
The waves are gone, and the hair now hangs straight and smooth from the crown to the ends. It also looks shinier. The brown tone toward the ends is still visible, and the shape of the cut sits cleanly.
