Her natural hair has a strong wave, and she had been straightening it with a flat iron every day — about one hour each time. That is seven hours a week spent fighting her own hair.

What she wanted was simple: to wake up, dry her hair, and go.

One important detail: her hair had been bleached about one month before her visit. Bleached hair always needs careful assessment before straightening — it is never an automatic yes. After checking her hair’s condition, we went ahead with the treatment.

The result

The finished result was smooth and straight, with her highlights still showing beautifully through the hair — and she was very happy with her new look. You can see the change in the photos, including the roots up close.
