The problem
This client is from Russia. Her hair is naturally wavy, and over time it had become dry and frizzy. It was hard to manage every day. She had not had a straightening treatment in about 20 years.
What I did
I used acid straightening. This is a gentle, low-damage way to make hair smooth. It works at a soft pH, close to the hair’s natural state, so even dry hair stays soft and shiny — not stiff. The appointment took about 4 hours, one-on-one in my private salon.
The result
Her hair is now smooth, soft, and full of shine. The frizz is gone. After 20 years, she has easy, straight hair again — and it still looks healthy and natural, with soft movement at the ends.
